Protecting your data
All traffic between your device and AIE is encrypted using industry-standard TLS, so the information you send and receive cannot easily be intercepted.
Sensitive data is stored on secure infrastructure with strict access controls, so only authorised team members can access it, on a need-to-know basis and for legitimate business reasons. We review our security practices regularly and keep our systems patched and monitored.
Safe payments & finance
Payments and finance are handled through regulated banking and NBFC partners using secure channels. AIE will never ask you to make payment to a personal account or a random UPI ID, and will never ask for your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password over phone, chat, SMS or email.
If anyone claiming to be from AIE asks for these details or pressures you to pay outside the agreed process, treat it as fraud, stop, and contact us directly using the details on our official website.
Account & login security
Access to your account is protected with one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or email, so a password alone is never enough to sign in.
Keep your OTPs and account details private — our team will never ask you to read out an OTP. Always sign in through our official website, and let us know immediately if you notice any activity on your account that you do not recognise.
Verified machines & sellers
To reduce fraud, machines listed on AIE are inspected and their VINs are checked against available records. This helps protect buyers from tampered hour-meters, misrepresented condition and machines with unclear ownership.
Verification reduces risk but does not remove the need for normal due diligence — we always encourage buyers to review the inspection report and inspect a machine before purchase.
Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports from the security community. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in our platform, please email the details to info@ayodhyainfraequipment.com so we can investigate.
Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly, and avoid accessing or modifying other users’ data while testing. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you to resolve genuine issues quickly.
